29 percent of U.S. households do not have internet access and do not intend to subscribe to an internet service over the next 12 months.

Of those, 44 percent were not interested in anything on the internet.

17 percent said they were not sure how to use the internet.

    Did they conduct this poll over the internet? :)

    Honestly, I'm still surprised when some of my students have computers at home but no internet.
