Ah...you took away my chance to give a smart-aleck reply. ;)
Yes, I'm fine. My car is mostly fine. Here are some highlights for the curious:
*Getting advice from a "certain source" a few minutes earlier that nothing was wrong with my car
*Going from 70ish mph in the left lane to 0 mph on the right shoulder within a few seconds
*Noticing that the rim of my (former) tire was starting to smoke
*Getting help from a "litter crew" in orange vests (inmates??)
*Taking another fun trip to the Walmart tire & lube (wasn't I supposed to be working today??)
*Noticing that the end of the bumper isn't quite in the same place it was when I left home this morning
*Still not quite being able to pop the casing inside the tire space back in place (I get an F for car/home maintenance!)
