Oh my word, that's long icicles, and certainly so for Alabama. Glad you braved the cold to get pictures.
Wow. Beautiful shots, as always. What kind of camera do you use? I'm curious because I'm in the market for one. Lame old me is still using my cell phone, and the battery's dead on the old Pentax. It's long past time for me to go digital, I think.
I should mention that I actually took these pictures about a day after it had warmed up above freezing. Who knows how long they were in the middle of the cold snap??
Oh, and I use a fairly plain point and shoot digital camera--FujiFilm FinePix A500. I'm sure they have a better model out now. I hope you find something that works well!
